Chona M. Jacinto

President

 

Prior to joining Arians Insurance Broker, Inc., Ms. Jacinto managed the Non-Life broking team at Howden Insurance Brokers, with key responsibilities in client servicing and retention, as well as the management of the acquired business portfolios of Anscor Insurance Brokers and Keller Insurance Brokers, having logged more than 46 years of experience in the insurance business.

She started her career at FGU Insurance Corp. for 13 years, and was exposed to marketing, reinsurance, branch business development and agency management. She subsequently transferred to Solidbank Corp. to head the Non-Life Division of Solid Insurance Brokers Inc. the bank's fully-owned insurance subsidiary. At Solid, she set-up branch operations in key cities nationwide. Her team handled credit-related insurance programs of the bank and built relationships with its clients and successfully serviced them up to this date. Following Solidbank's acquisition by Metrobank, Ms. Jacinto moved to the Zuellig Group in 2001, where she handled also the non-life and employee benefits of her loyal clientele.

Ms. Jacinto is a B. Sc (Hotel Management) graduate of the College of the Holy Spirit, and also completed the Trust Operations and Investment Management course of the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines. She has attended various courses at the Insurance Institute for Asia & Pacific and at the Ateneo De Manila Graduate School of Business.

 

Jesus D. Gomez

Head Technical & Claims

 

The head of our Technical & Claims Division, Mr. Gomez holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (B.S.I.E.). He has extensive experience in risk management including, property risk surveying, loss exposure analysis and providing property loss control recommendations. He was also responsible in managing the Reinsurance Department of Howden for 2 years.

He has been in the insurance industry for 41 years, working in 1979 for Philippine Home Assurance Corporation, a member company of American International Group (AIG). He later joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson Insurance Brokers and Keller Insurance Brokers as Risk Engineer. He was also a Regional Risk Engineer for Taishan Insurance Brokers, functioning primarily as Loss Control Specialist for the Kuok Properties and the Shangri-La Hotel chain in the region. His last assignment before he joined Howden in 2007 was as a Claims and Risk Manager at Citicorp Financial Services & Insurance Brokerage Philippines.

 

Rina G. Bautista

Head Marketing

 

Ms. Bautista heads the Marketing Division of Arians Insurance Broker.

Has over 29 years of experience in the negotiation, placement and management of major client programmes in major non life insurance companies in the Philippines. She worked with FPG Insurance Co., Inc. , BPI/MS Insurance Corporation and Howden Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers prior to joining Arians Insurance Broker this year.

She provides a day to day management and coordination of services to corporate and retail clients and will be responsible for liaising with your nominated executives in the administration of your company's overall insurance programmes. She manages and ensures that expectations of the clients are being met with satisfaction.

She has a B.Sc (Management) degree from Far Eastern University.

 

May Aurora T. Morato

Finance Supervisor

Ms. Morato attained a Bachelor of Science - Commerce in Accounting at Ateneo de Davao University, date completed March 1990.

She worked at First Metro Insurance Brokers as Accounting Assistant from 1992 to 2001. In 2001 to 2019, she worked at Howden Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers as Marketing Executive handling Account Management and Collection.
